At Nailura Studio, we take immense pride in handcrafting every set of press-on nails with salon-grade materials. Due to the hygiene nature and custom hand-made characteristics of press-on nail products, please review our refund and return terms below.
- Hygiene & Final Sale Notice
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, all handcrafted press-on nail sets are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, unless defective or damaged upon arrival. - Incorrect Sizing
Each set is crafted according to the size (XS, S, M, L) selected by the customer. Nailura Studio is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected at checkout. We strongly recommend reviewing our Sizing Guide carefully before placing an order. - Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@nailurastudio.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos or clear video showing the issue/defect
Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full/partial refund to your original payment method.
- Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or handcrafting has begun, order cancellation is no longer accepted. - Contact Us
